Job Description:

Mengantar dan mengambil cucian pelanggan sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan.
Memastikan cucian dalam keadaan bersih, rapi, dan aman selama proses pengantaran dan pengambilan.
Berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan secara sopan dan profesional.
Mencatat informasi terkait order, seperti nama pelanggan, alamat, dan jenis cucian.
Menangani keluhan pelanggan dengan baik dan profesional.
Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapian area kerja.
Melakukan tugas-tugas lain yang diberikan oleh atasan.
Memahami area Jogja.
Mengoperasikan mesin laundry dengan aman dan sesuai dengan prosedur.
Menjaga kebersihan dan perawatan mesin laundry.
Memastikan kualitas cucian yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan standar.

Deliver and pick up customers’ laundry according to the scheduled timetable.
Ensure that the laundry is clean, neat, and secure during delivery and pickup.
Communicate with customers politely and professionally.
Record order-related information, such as the customer’s name, address, and type of laundry.
Handle customer complaints effectively and professionally.
Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Be familiar with the Yogyakarta area.
Operate laundry machines safely and in accordance with procedures.
Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of laundry machines.
Ensure that the quality of the laundry meets standards.

Kualifikasi:

Qualifications:

Domisili Jogja.
Laki-Laki/Perempuan.
Memiliki kendaraan pribadi.
Memiliki SIM C yang masih berlaku.
Memiliki kondisi fisik yang sehar dan kuat.
Jujur, bertanggung jawab, dan disiplin.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri dan dalam tim.
Memiliki penampilan yang rapi dan sopan.
Bersedia bekerja secara shifting.
